Business leader, negotiator, sports enthusiast, mother – those are elements that best describe Joanne Lefebvre. She brings to the profession the savvy and the ethics that are most appreciated by purchasers and sellers alike. Since the early 1980s, her success has not come about by chance, but rather through hard work and discipline. She is driven by the determination to generate results and the will to go beyond the ordinary. Joanne is now applying her rich business and academic background to the world of real estate, to the benefit of her clients.
“The MBA in marketing has taught me one thing: a business transaction is a personal event and the very first step is to establish your credentials as someone who is worthy of confidence.” says Joanne. “I will always have your best interest at heart. The emphasis is on collaboration, and service is based on your particular needs and requirements. Each property requires its own strategy and I will take the time to put in place the means to achieve your goals.”
The Ottawa market remains very dynamic and very stable, even while naysayers talk about uncertainty for the future. Real estate in this region will remain one of the best investments that you can make for the long term.
Working in partnership with the Royal Lepage team of agents, Joanne will put the most advanced marketing tools at your disposal and secure the best opportunities for you, whether you’re a first time home buyer or someone who wants the best price for their property.
Joanne is fully licensed and works in partnership with John Bennett, a well respected senior realtor with Royal LePage.
I was born and raised in Ottawa and I stayed here to raise my family, what can I say I love the Ottawa area. Before I started in Real Estate I owned a couple of businesses and worked as a manager at a big box store. I volunteer with Scouts Canada, as well as have a passion for airplanes and air shows. I recently partnered up with Joanne Lefebvre to form Bennett & Lefebvre Team. Let us help you with your home selling and buying needs.
